White Compound (Serves the purpose of both filler & white master batch)
Using White compound provides excellent whiteness to the product and hence additional white masterbatch in the application is not required. White compound serves the purpose of both filler & white masterbatch.
Calcium Carbonate Master
Contains 20% Polymer and Additives. Can be loaded upto 40%. The product is produced with Ultra Fine Coated Calcium Carbonate, it provides better mechanical properties to the film. It has good ink adhesion, low COF and stronger heat-seal strength. Consistent quality, High dosage and competitive price.
Calcium Carbonate Master Batch
Contains 40% Polymer and Additives. Can be loaded upto 50%. The product is produced with Ultra Fine Coated Calcium Carbonate. Good dispersion. Good compatibility. Improve toughness, color and surface gloss.
PP Mono Compound
The Compound consists of Specialty Monomer Elastomer which increases the stretch ability to almost ten times the normal Polymer Families. The product is ideal for all Polypropylene based application.
Clear Compound
Clear Compound is produced by ultra fine talc which maintains natural clarity of polymer and gives the best shinning i.e. brightness as well as transparency in the product.
